Building AI-Consultancy GTM and Brand

How I transformed a fragmented customer acquisition journey into a streamlined website, form, and workflow system using AI-assisted design and automation.

Executive Summary

Co-Intell AI was a new AI consultancy without an established brand, digital presence, or go-to-market collateral. As Chief Creative Officer and shareholder, I built the brand and commercial foundation from the ground up, developing the positioning, website, service messaging, sales collateral, and visual system needed to take the business to market. Over the first 12 months, Co-Intell AI grew from $0 to approximately $2.5k–$5k MRR and reached an internal valuation of approximately $250k.

Audience

Prospective customers and business decision-makers evaluating AI consultancy services.

My Role

Creative Officer & Shareholder — brand strategy, creative direction, messaging, website, GTM collateral, and commercial positioning.

Deliverable

Complete brand and go-to-market system including visual identity, website, service pages, sales collateral, brochure, presentation decks, and supporting creative assets.

Key Result

Built the commercial infrastructure for a new AI consultancy that grew from $0 to approximately $2.5k–$5k MRR within 12 months.

Business Problem

Business Challenge

Co-Intell AI was a new AI consultancy entering an increasingly crowded market without an established market-facing identity or supporting commercial infrastructure.

Inefficient Information Capture

The consultancy needed to translate technical AI capabilities into a proposition that customers could understand in terms of business problems, outcomes, and value, rather than technology alone.

Disconnected Workflow

The business needed a consistent experience across its website, service pages, presentations, brochure, and sales collateral so that prospects encountered the same proposition throughout the customer journey.

Customer Journey Friction

The business had the expertise and ambition to deliver AI consultancy services, but needed a credible identity and consistent digital presence to establish itself with prospective customers.

The core challenge was to turn a new AI consultancy from an early-stage concept into a credible, coherent, and commercially usable proposition.

Discovery and Analysis

Because Co-Intell AI was an early-stage business, the project began with understanding the organisation's capabilities, ambitions, target customers, and intended market position rather than optimising an existing brand.

Business Workflow Analysis

I identified the gap between what Co-Intell could technically deliver and what prospective customers actually needed to understand — shifting the proposition from AI capability toward practical business outcomes such as efficiency, cost reduction, process improvement, and new opportunities.

Automation Opportunity

I considered how prospects would encounter the business across the website, service pages, presentations, brochure, sales conversations, and supporting collateral.

Customer Journey Analysis

I worked closely with the founder to understand the consultancy's capabilities, services, target customers, differentiators, and the business problems it wanted to solve.

This established the need for a connected messaging and visual system rather than a collection of independently designed assets.

Strategy & Rationale

I designed the solution around four principles:

1. Lead with the commercial proposition

Messaging, service positioning, and website structure were established before visual design so that the brand communicated what the business did and why it mattered rather than simply looking distinctive.

3. Create one coherent system

The website, presentations, brochure, service pages, and supporting collateral were developed around a shared visual and messaging framework, creating consistency across customer touchpoints.

4. Build for future growth

The system was designed to be reusable as the consultancy expanded, allowing new services, sales materials, and marketing assets to be created within an established framework rather than requiring the brand to be reinvented each time.

2. Make AI commercially understandable

The proposition was designed to move away from unnecessary technical language and communicate AI through tangible customer outcomes, making the consultancy more accessible to business decision-makers.

Design Process

Customer Journey & Architecture

I established the foundations of the Co-Intell AI identity, developing the visual direction, colour, typography, graphic treatment, layouts, and supporting elements required to position the consultancy as innovative, credible, and commercially accessible.

UX & Form Design

I developed the website structure, service-page architecture, and customer-facing copy around three core questions: What do we do? Why does it matter? How can we help? This translated technical capability into clearer customer-facing value propositions.

I created the brochure, sales presentations, slide decks, service collateral, and supporting marketing assets required to take the proposition into customer conversations, ensuring each asset followed the same underlying brand and messaging system.

AI-Assisted Workflow Development

The Solution

The final solution combined website redesign, UX optimisation, form transformation, and workflow automation.

Website & Service Proposition

The website became the central digital expression of the consultancy, with service pages structured around customer problems, solutions, and business value rather than simply technical capabilities.

Brand System

A coherent visual identity gave Co-Intell AI a consistent and recognisable market presence, with reusable creative principles that could be applied across future communications.

A suite of brochures, presentations, decks, and supporting collateral gave the business reusable tools for communicating its proposition during sales and customer conversations.

Sales Enablement
Scalable GTM Foundation
