Multi-Channel Content Ecosystem
How I transformed a fragmented customer acquisition journey into a streamlined website, form, and workflow system using AI-assisted design and automation.

Executive Summary
Qualitas needed to communicate complex organisational, academic, and commercial information across a growing mix of digital, print, event, and thought-leadership channels. As Project Coordinator, I translated source material into audience-specific content across social media, newsletters, blogs, infographics, websites, academic communications, trade shows, webinars, podcasts, and events, while maintaining brand consistency and coordinating stakeholder input. The result was a multi-channel content system that enabled Qualitas to repurpose organisational knowledge across formats and audiences while maintaining a consistent, professional brand experience.
Audience
Healthcare professionals, academic audiences, stakeholders, prospective customers, event attendees, and online audiences.

My Role
Project Coordinator — content strategy, information design, creative production, stakeholder coordination, website communications, and multi-channel content delivery.
Deliverable
Multi-channel content ecosystem spanning digital, print, academic, event, and thought-leadership communications.
Key Result
Transformed organisational knowledge into multi-format, audience-specific communications across multiple channels, supporting consistent brand and content delivery.
Business Problem
Business Challenge
Qualitas needed to communicate across a broad range of audiences and channels, with each requiring a different approach to content, format, and level of detail.

Information Complexity
Research, professional information, and organisational messages often contained significant detail. Communications needed to make this information easier to understand without losing its credibility or substance.
Channel Consistency
Qualitas could appear across social media, website, email, events, academic environments, webinars, and podcasts, creating a need for consistent branding and messaging while still adapting content appropriately for each channel.
Format Adaptability
Content ranged from healthcare and academic communications to public-facing marketing, events, newsletters, social media, and thought leadership. Each format required different information priorities and presentation approaches.
The challenge was to balance quality, consistency, speed, and channel suitability while turning organisational knowledge into communications that different audiences could understand and engage with.
Discovery and Analysis
I approached each communication by looking beyond the asset itself and first understanding the audience, purpose, source information, and desired action.

Communication Objectives
I established what each communication needed to achieve — whether that was awareness, information sharing, education, engagement, thought leadership, or event promotion.
Content Transformation
I assessed the source material and determined how it should be transformed for the intended channel, creating a process of: Source material → Audience → Objective → Format → Communication
Audience Needs
I considered the needs of different audiences, including healthcare professionals, academic audiences, existing stakeholders, prospective customers, event attendees, and online audiences.
This allowed the same organisational knowledge to be adapted rather than recreated for every channel.
Strategy & Rationale
I designed the solution around four principles:

1. One brand, multiple experiences
I maintained a recognisable Qualitas identity across different formats while adapting layouts, messaging, and information hierarchy to suit each individual channel.
3. Simplify complex information
I used information design and visual hierarchy to make complex healthcare, academic, and organisational information easier to navigate and understand while retaining the substance behind it.
4. Build production efficiency
Reusable design principles, templates, and established brand conventions supported more efficient production across a high-volume, multi-format content environment, reducing the need to approach every asset as a completely new design exercise.
2. Design for the channel
Content was transformed rather than simply copied. Long-form information could become social content, newsletters, infographics, website content, or event materials depending on the audience and communication objective.

Design Process
Content Transformation
I worked from varied source material including research, interviews, webinars, podcasts, organisational announcements, event information, and written content. I identified the essential information, determined what the audience needed to understand, and structured it for the appropriate communication format.

Multi-Channel Production
I produced and supported content across social media, infographics, blogs, newsletters, websites, email communications, academic posters, trade show materials, webinars, podcasts, interviews, and event collateral.
This required adapting the same underlying information for different contexts rather than treating every channel as an isolated production task.
I worked across organisational and subject-matter stakeholders to translate specialist information into accessible communications while maintaining Qualitas's visual identity. This required balancing stakeholder requirements, audience needs, channel constraints, and brand consistency throughout production.
Stakeholder & Brand Management

The Solution
The final solution combined website redesign, UX optimisation, form transformation, and workflow automation.
Content Repurposing
A single webinar, research project, interview, or organisational announcement could provide the foundation for social content, newsletter features, infographics, website content, promotional assets, or event communications, increasing the potential value of the original source material.

Content Ecosystem
I helped establish a connected approach to content in which organisational knowledge could move from long-form source material into shorter, more accessible communications across multiple channels.

The resulting content ecosystem supported digital, print, academic, commercial, and event environments — from an RCGP-submitted academic poster through to websites, newsletters, social media, trade show materials, webinars, and podcasts.
Multi-Format Communications
Consistent Brand Experience
Reusable visual principles and established brand conventions ensured that audiences could encounter Qualitas through different touchpoints — such as LinkedIn → Newsletter → Website → Webinar → Trade Show — while still experiencing a coherent organisation.
The Outcomes
TenderTED created measurable efficiency gains while increasing the team's capacity to pursue new business opportunities.
